My line of research is focused on social skills interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Emotional Behavior Disorders (EBD) at the elementary, middle, and high school level. Using principles of ABA, I am committed to supporting students with ASD and EBD to experience success in inclusive settings and c by improving their ability to interact with peers. Utilizing a multicomponent intervention of adult directed lessons, child specific prompting and peer support, students with ASD and EBD have increased social engagement with peers and generalized social engagement across peers and settings.
